St. Michael’s invites public to Holy Week services

St. Michael’s Anglican Church has announced its upcoming Holy Week schedule.

A Maundy Thursday service will be held April 1 at 6 p.m. There will be a Good Friday service on April 2, beginning at 12:10 p.m., with Stations of the Cross. The Thursday and Friday services of Holy Week are two of the most important services of the Easter season in preparing for Christ resurrection Easter morning. The congregation invites the public to attend.

Sunday worship and Holy Communion will begin at 10:30 a.m.

In addition, St. Michael’s offers free clothes to needy families and foster children each Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

St. Michael’s Anglican Church is located at 402 S. 3 Notch St. in Andalusia.
