Cypress Landing to host Easter egg hunt

Children and their families are invited to join Cyprus Landing RV Park for a special Easter celebration on Sunday, April 4.

Along with an Easter egg hunt, the event will feature live music and children can get their pictures made with the Easter bunny.

Gospel music will be performed by local singing group Rooted Freedom whose members include Jessica Walker and Anna Carver.

Photographs with the Easter bunny will be taken by Alyssa Dean and will begin prior to the Easter egg hunt, which starts at 1 p.m. Pictures will cost $5.

To help with pandemic safety measures, all events will be held outdoors.

“We wanted to provide an opportunity for the community to come out and experience a wonderful Easter,” said Cyprus Landing Manager Dolores Moody. “We want people to know that Cyprus Landing is a community park and this is our way of giving back.”

The RV Park is owned by Clifton and Monique Hall and is located 12 miles north of Andalusia on Hwy. 29.
